What does the Platinum Mattress Replacement Guarantee Cover?

When a Protect-A-Bed® Platinum Mattress Protector is purchased at the same time as a new mattress from an authorized Protect-A-Bed retailer, if our product is on the mattress and the mattress stains, we will have the mattress professionally cleaned and sanitised. 

If all conditions, have been met, and it cannot be cleaned based on the technical report provided by the professional cleaner, we will replace the mattress with the same or a similar model if superseded.  We will also provide a new mattress protector of the same type at no charge.  Conditions Apply.  Refer to full warranty document.  Mattress and Mattress Protector must be purchased at the same time on the same invoice.

What does the Platinum Mattress Clean Guarantee Cover?

I lost my receipt can I still claim my mattress replacement?

No, you must retain your receipt from the time of purchase in order for us to validate the warranty is still running and that the protector was purchased in the same transaction as a mattress. We advise storing the receipt in a safe place or keeping an electronic copy of it on file.

 

My mattress protector failed should I try and clean the liquid that went through?

No, the mattress and protector warranty are void if any attempt is made to clean the mattress other than by wiping away the material soiling the mattress and/or care instructions have not been met.

 

How do I make a claim if my protector fails?

Notify the Sleep Corp Service Centre by email on clientservices@sleepcorp.com.au or phone 1300 857 123 within three (3) days of the incident. Stains older than 3 days are not easily removed and may affect your guarantee.

 

Do I have to wash the mattress protector?

Yes, the care instructions for your mattress protector are located on the care label of your product. We recommend washing the protector at least monthly with other linens.

Does the Platinum Warranty cover stains to the protector?

No, stains to the protector are not covered under the Platinum Warranty.

Protectors are designed to absorb stains and keep the mattress surface clean and stain free. Most stains on the protector should readily wash out. However, a stain on the mattress protector is not considered a fault.

 

I bought a 10-year Platinum Warranty Mattress Protector am I entitled to another mattress replacement if it fails more than once?

No, the Platinum Warranty is a one-time clean or replacement within the warranty period and then the warranty is considered fulfilled, you will be issued a new replacement protector but this protector is no longer under the Platinum Warranty.

 

Are the sides of my mattress covered under the Platinum Warranty?

No, Damage to the sides of the mattress, the foundation, base, carpet, bed frame, bedding or other associated items are not covered by the Platinum Warranty.

The Platinum Warranty is specifically for the sleep surface of the mattress.
